how can I get the licence Keys. I Have the licence numbers but not the keys.
I have tried the automated system but it just sends me the licence number not the key
my system just stopped working for some reason and needs re connecting to the database

Hi i think i have sorted it. when entering a new customer i was only putting the house number in the name/number field and not also including the number in the address field when i was filling in the customer details. after doing this the database now matched customer details to postcode and house number. sorry this was my mistake in not ...

It does but thats what i ment by number after the postcode it goes straight to title selection then surname and doesnt show the matching customer.
