Whilst trying to do a Z-print I get a run time error no:5 then closes, any one know a work around or possibly a bug?.

Hi, I have just upgraded to the latest download.  Have started from fresh with a new stock.mdb.  Started up PCTill without any problem, but when I scan a barcode I am greeted with 'Run-time error 3021 either EOF and BOF is true or the current record has been deleted'  Any ideas? Thank you in advance. 

Regional settings to UK English soved the problem. I had the same proble as Husker in 2-1-2007 (new sales total 360618121200.00)

I could not reach the forum for a few days, so here my delayed answer: I am still just testing the system so indeed there are just a few receipts. But I cannot find anything odd there. I would like to attache the .mdb and a screen print but I don't seem to have permission to attach things to my posts...

No, just one particular day, just a Z-print of 29 December 2008. Other days no problem.

I am trying to make an end of the day Z-print and I get the Runtime error '6' message in my screen. Does this sound familiar?

Ive set permissions to full control for all users/admins/system and also my db is C:\stock.mdb and i have set C:\ as a shared folder and i still get the same error, but when i try to open the database via MS Access it also says file in use...   thanks in advance kyle

Hi, Just downloaded newest version 3.5.1 on my XP Machine. However whenever you try to start the program it come up with a run-time error: Run-time error '-2147467259 (80004005)': Not a valid file name   I have tried to repair and even uninstalled and re-installed the software but it still comes up with the same error on both PCTill and ...
