Hi, re installed the printer but it still comes up as unavailable. Still using USB connection which it does take. Any ideas as to why the printer is still not working?
Has anyone else had problems with EPSON TM-T88III printer? any help would be gratfully received

Have just added a TM88III printer which now works fine after I realized that the Windows driver wasn't used. However it seems stuck on Font A which means that the printout isn't complete or neat because 42 columns isn't enough. How do I get it to switch to Font B which will give 56 columns? just trying to set up PCTill and PCStock on my Panasonic 935WS-E82 that runs embedded XP and get this error.
The error happens when I run Stock Control Manager and do the Configure and authorise tills.
I can add the till successfully, but when trying to configure the till, the error happens.
