i am trying to use this programme and i need to print out invoices and was wondering why my printer throws out five pages at me when it xhould all come out on one. any heelp needed asap please!

I am also having this problem

We are using a Dell MFP 1600 networked Laser printer.  When printing I get on seperate pages in this order, Header, Footer, Date, User ID, Till ID and finally the invoice itself.

Any ideas? 

Do you get the same if you use the freeware CutePDF 'printer driver' (google CutePDF, and install freeware one) - this will determine if its a config issue or the Dell driver at fault.

Thanks for the quick response.

 I tried your suggestion and that also prints out over 5 pages on the CutePDF printer.  I swapped to the default A5 paper settings and it prints out really well, although it leaves a little space on the page it still looks fine so will probably stick with that for now.  I had fully rechecked all the settings for both the Dell printer and the settings on the the Till config page and all seems ok so not too sure whats causing it.
