im having the same problem im on windows vista, but on xp i was able to find out how to sort that problem out...if any one can help me with this problem in vista i will be very greatful
start - run - regedit - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - SOFTWARE - LETTRONICES - AND JUST RESET THE COMPANY NAME TO WHAT IT WAS BEFORE AND THEN REQUEST A NEW LICIENCE FROM LETTRONICS WITH YOUR NEW COMPANY NAME
in vista this method isn't there and can not be changed so if anyone knows how to change i would be very greatful
