    Keys not arriving :(

    Hi there

    I've requested a key today quite a few times and the system says that it's been generated / resent (I did have one previous for "Swindon Childrens Scrapstore" .. but cannot get the log in details for that one) but the emails for "Swindon Scrapstore" fail to arrive.

    I've been pouring over the forums to see if there is something I've missed, it's not been blocked or junked, it's just not arriving.

    Please can you help?

    Can't find any kind of problem with the system - can you PM me the email address you used, and I'll see if the emails are leaving our system OK.
