    Run Time Error code 3021 - when using PCTill

    Hi,

    I have just upgraded to the latest download.  Have started from fresh with a new stock.mdb.

     Started up PCTill without any problem, but when I scan a barcode I am greeted with 'Run-time error 3021 either EOF and BOF is true or the current record has been deleted' 

    Any ideas?

    Have you followed all the steps in install guide?

    Hi, I had followed all the instructions in the install guide.

    Have sorted it out by de-installing everything, clearing all references from the  registry and re-installing from scratch.

     All working now,  just a smart a piece of software as ever, thank you
