What is the Repair part of the program for?

    What is the Repair part of the program for?

    This may sound like a daft question, but i am wondering if it is for RMA type repairs where you have to send something back to the supplier for repair, or wether it is used for a repair shop setting, where a customer comes in with something for repair, in my case a computer, and i use the repair section log all the details?

     

    Just wondering if anyone knows?

    Designed for in-house repairs (even if those repairs are subcontracted out elsewhere).  Probably would work OK if going back to manufacturer, depending on your local processes.
