    hi -i cannot get the cash drawer to automatically open when using PCTill to make a sale. Is there any specific setting on the PC we need to make to ensure this works?

    In SCM have you enabled cash drawer ?

    Are you using a printer ?

    What printer are you using and what is the connection ? usb/serial
