Primemark!!!

    Primemark!!!

    Hi,

    After getting your epos system many months ago we looked at your recommened Epos hardware suppliers. We basically needed the epson printer and a cash draw. We ordered this 6 weeks ago from Primemark. After waiting for sometime we contacted them to be told that they are waiting for the printers and that the cash draw should be here end of may. We phoned them again today, to be told they still don't have the items.... upon asking for a refund we were told that we should put a request for one in and it will take 2-3 weeks for this to be looked at! Obviously we are in retail ourselves and know this ins not allowed.... they are now going to look at the request once it has been submitted.

    This is not the level of service that you yourselves offer, so we thought we would inform you that one of how one of your suggested hardware suppliers are acting.

    This is obviously nothing against Lettronics, who have always been more than helpful in helping us sort out issues with the software.

    Thank you for letting us know!  We rely entirely on feedback from our users, as we buy very little hardware ourselves.

    One supplier that we are hearing good things about is Box Technologies in Thame, Oxfordshire.

    hi,Just to give you an update on this issue, we emailed them as requested and today called to chase it up once again they were very unhelpful and said we would have to send them another email asking for a refund, Keeping in mind we NEVER RECEIVED THE products! and they wouldn't even tell us why!

     We since have raised a dispute with the credit card company! 

    I STRONGY ADVISE NO ONE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM PRIMEMARK

     I also would ask Lettronics to take them down as a suggested epos hardware supplier!

     

    once again your epos system is great and still working well

    As this is currently a single complaint against them, we have decided just to put a link to this thread against that supplier.

    As for me...Day 42, Primemark will not allow it's customers access to management,  I told them that I would find a way to speak to a manager and the sales person, Diana, told me "just try".

     

    After writing and phoning, being put on hold indefinately, being lied to, never recieving replies to emails, never having calls returned , I waited 31 days for the goods and then requesting a refund (11days ago) I wonder if I will get my money back.

     

    Now you have more than one complaint.

    Our experiences are exactly the same!

    The same person changes their story each time you challenge what they say, and you never get to talk to anyone with any authority!

    We have notified the credit card company and they are looking into the matter.

    We do note that the T&Cs on their website do state that a credit card will be debited straight away, we understand that it is illegal under current consumer law.

    Another black mark for Primemark.

     

    I ordered a counterfit note detector on 24th April and have still not received it.

    The 'staff' have a care less attitude and are rude.

    They do not answer emails.

    What an apalling company to deal with.

    I have written to them demanding a refund, but somehow I don't think it'll come easy.
    Next course of action will be to contact c.card company.

     

    PRIMEMARK SUCKS !!!!!!!

    OK, keep the comments on Primemark coming in - we rely on comments from members to gauge whether or not to include them on our links page

    We know generally people tend to only take the effort to complain, not to praise, but this is looking to be fairly common for Primemark to not be a pleasant compnay to deal with Surprise

    When i spoke to the useless customer service department who could not give a date nor an eta but the company directors name asif laher then the manager glen norman and the purchase manager diana and complaints department fiona wilce, as they were not based at belsize park and he would not tell me anything more than that, but i'm planning to raise an investigation as to where they are based and pay them a visit, i reckon that the only way this issue could be resolved as whats next to be done since June 2008 i had ordered an EPoS system and still waiting on the delivery, as they would not let me cancel the order as the item is still on back order and a chargeback cannot be processed as its been well over 3 months, if anybody could suggest what could be done and when had visited the registered office premises there was nobody to answer the door, there did meet someone who was not treated fairly and he had filed a case against primemark and as soon as the dates were set for the hearing he had received a letter from so called mohamed shakeel that the refund would be issued and it was resolved only then, if taking them to the court would only resolve the issue then so be it done.

    Lets just hope that isnt true!

    but remember if you get lots of complaints against you from CC companies your back will withdraw the service!

    Here we go again! We ordered a cash register on 12th May 2009, and today on the 17th July we are still waiting.  They break the law by debiting your card immediately after purchase, and then do not depatch the goods.  When you complain, all you get are lies, and you cannot get through to anyone in seniority.  Diana is about as customer services oriantated as an ice cube in a boiling kettle, not only rude, but unable to adequately answer any query you put to her.  It appears our order is now cancelled and the refund is waiting authorisation, but will that ever happen?  I wait to see.  If you are wise, you will stay away from Primemark in whatever shape of form they present themselves.  Oh, and today, their telephone lines appeared to be disconnected.....and after much hunting around I got through on an 0870 number.  NOT RECOMMENDED YOU GO HERE!

    In the meanwhile we are notifying the Credit card company....perhaps the card issuers should ensure this company cannot trade using any card!!??

    Ok here's my experience with these scammers. I have placed an order for 2 coin sorters 2 months ago and still nothing. The last 3 days i have been constantly on the phone and i get the same lies that i have to speak with the customer service which is this girl Diana and she keeps on telling me that they ll call me back but obviously this never happens. After a long chat with the operator, i have received an e-mail from them apologizing and saying that they marked my order as urgent and that they will look into it. I am filing a complaint with my credit card issuer, hopefully i will get my money back, good luck to everyone and new potential customers STAY AWAY! You may as well use your money as a toilet paper than purchasing from these scammers!

    You got to action it as soon as you can (The card company cannot do anything after a 2 month period, so if anything needs to be done a chargeback or pull back to be processed within 45days)

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. We are awaiting an EPOS system for eight weeks.  On ringing the company we have met a blank wall.  Customer service is non existant. We have come across the rudest person called Diane. We have been told our call would  be returned but this has never ever happened. They are apparently waiting a part but nobody can tell me which part. I am now going to issue court proceedings and have contacted my solicitor today. I have never come across a more inefficient company.
