    When I tried login on onto the offical site on log on to get the free liecne key for i get "logon falied" message i used the same user name and password that i have used to get on here. Is it because im already logged on here, so it wont let me log in over there? im not really sure.

    Strange, the system appears to be working for me.

    Can you PM me your userid and password for this site, and I will see whats going wrong?

    Licence Keys

    I requested a licence key before christmas and  as yet have not received an email with the Key.  I have also requested a reminder for the licence but this has not been recived either.

    Any Ideas?

    The automated email leaves our system pretty much instantly.

    I would suspect your spam filtering is blocking it.  Try checking spam/bulk mail folder.

    I have checked our filters and files files, nothing received in there.

     I received your forum password & accout details without any problems.
