Ive lost my lisense key any way of retrieving it?

Hi retrieved the information but when i enter it in the program I get the message lisence information incorrect

The email you get should have 4 pieces of info on:

 

Licencee

Licence No

SCM Licence Key

PCTill Licence Key

 

Both SCM and PCTill need the first 2 entered, plus the revelent key

Done that still wont wont work just gives me lisence information wrong

I think I am doomed never to try this software and it seems to be so what I want.  I decided to try on my home computer running XP the one at the shop runs vista wondered if that was the trouble.  My home computer had an old version of pctill etc from a previous failed attempt to try it.  I uninstalled the old and installed the current version but the old license number came up greyed.  I cant remember the email address I used so have no way of retrieving that one and it wont let me erase the number there and put a new one in.  Help please

If you need to change the entered Licencee and/or licence no, got Start > Run

"c:\program files\stock\stock.exe" /configdb:y

which will reprompt you for database type (Jet for free version) and location (the full path to your stock.mdb, for example c:\stoock\stock.mdb), then it will prompt for licencee details.

If the licence details do not appear to be valid, can you send me a PM with the username and password you use for these forums so I can check that the system has indeed sent you valid details.  Obviously, don't send these details in a reply here!

got the home machine to work using one of the licence keys i have.  Will try again at the shop
