    Re: Primemark!!!

    captain:

Finally got hold of a website to share my bitter experience after reading all the posts, has Primemark gone bust after a long awaited refund promise after November last year, we are a fish & chips shop who had ordered of primemark a EPOS package for over £2k, after several disputes and failed promises we were assured an basic cash register till we would get the one we ordered, but they could not even fulfill that, the whole experience has been a nightmare we did pay money in good faith and these fraudsters get away with it, i would never recommend primemark to anybody.

Can anyone please advice what could be done & give me an alternate number for primemark as all the lines are not active.

PRIMEMARK IS A COMPLETE DISGRACE, a shame on the name of business

This forum is not a place for griping about a company - there are plenty of other sites out their better placed to do that.

In your case, it sounds like you need to get proper advice rather than heresay from forums. Try Trading Standards as a first port of call if you have an issue with any particular supplier.

    Re: Primemark!!!

Jus checked the message, sorry about that & do apologize regarding the personal comment posted earlier on a public forum, thought would be good to few customers who had paid a good value to primemark as a i met few customers crowding up at belsize park all worried & traumatized after they could not get hold of anybody by telephone, telefax, mail or email so then did investigate through  the neighbourhood and made an attempt to post the information on the forum for them lot as a goodwill gesture,

Did try different legal mediums Trading standard, Bank & cc company when a letter sent to primemark from trading standard which was not being replied to as they cannot involve in B2B transaction, after many attemots have finally got hold of a solution provider to get this issue resolved, but doubt that any would receive any funds what we had paid in good faith, again after enquiring was told, the matter of fact the company are not in a position to even pay back a single customer, therefore could file bankruptcy anytime now.

Sorry about that Lettronics no hinderance to your business but its only though your website i did get to know about these scammers once again, Kindly requesting any kind of suggestion through any one or anything inorder to get back the money what i paid to primemark, this favour would be a appreciated and taken in account from letteronics

    Re: Primemark!!!

I ordered for some access control system in Oct 2008, when it arrived I discover it will not record attendance as promised. Asif (who I now know to be the director of Primemark) promised to return and exchange it. This was later confirmed by an email from him on03/11/08 which I still have on my mobile phone. After waiting till Jan 2009 and after several chases, I was advised by James (one of Primemark staff) to write and cancell the order to get a refund which I did. Primemark then after 4months told me it cannot make the refund. I took Primemark to small claim court and the case was heard on 01/02/2010 but Primemark did not show up in court. The court found in my favour and I am trying to track Primemark down to enforce the judgement. Any help on their current whereabout will be highly appreciated.

    Re: Primemark!!!

This may be somewhat late of the mark but we were a supplier to Primemark and as a result of unpaid orders between September 2009 and November 2009 we took them to court in July 2009.  The case was heard and they agreed to pay us....  we've still not received anything and they went out of business (supposedly) in August 2009 :-(

They screwed us for over £4000 worth of products and now I hear that they have officially been put into receivership through the Official Receivers office in London (as of 23/02/2010).

A receivers meeting has been scheduled for next week if any of the directors bother to attend (I wouldn't hold your breath).

Without wishing this to sound cheeky in any way, we're down for over £4k worth of business so if anyone does have requirements for touchscreen monitors, touchcomputers, receipt printers etc. then please feel free to contact us.  We're an authorised Elo reseller, do very similar products to Box Technologies and Barcode Warehouse (just a couple of the names I've seen in this thread) and we'd be very appreciative of your business!

Our website is at www.touchscreens-direct.co.uk or you can contact us on 0870 370 0812.

If anyone DOES have contact details for any of the directors, please let us know also as we're also in contact with the receivers about this company ourselves and have been asked to forward details on as/when possible.
