not accepting user ID

    not accepting user ID

    I have registered got licences and downloaded software, installed, put in keys, but now wants user ID and password which I put in my forum ID and password but it just comes up with Invalid user ID then throws me out, is there a default setup that i don't know about, so upto to now i cannot evaluate the software HELP!!!.

    In Stock Control Manager? Admin/admin is the default.

    Worth downloading the quickstart guide from www.lettronics.com (see downloads section) to get you going
